Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, interac Mastercard and VISA . For more extensive treatment payment plans may be available and must be set up in advance of your appointment date.

Insurance

Our office is a fee for service office.  All patients are responsible for payment in full at the time of treatment. We gladly accept your insurance information and can electronically file to most insurance carriers for you. If your insurance claim cannot go electronically we can fill out a manual claim for you and mail it to the appropriate insurance carrier. Pre-authorizations can be sent to your insurance carrier before any major treatment is decided upon. This gives you a chance to know what your benefits will cover before treatment is started. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. 

Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
